Our Aviation Division, as a part of Leisure Create Holdings, Co., Ltd. integrates Business development, Regional Disaster Response and Maintenance Operations based on Safe Flight Operations.
For Safety Control
As a initiatives for Safety Control, the Aviation Division of LCH properly handles all applications and operations reports to the Ministry of Land, infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under the Safety-Control based on Laws and Regulations. We prioritize “Safety-Control” operations maintenance quality above all else, implementing thorough operational management that unites everyone from management to frontline staff.
Additionally, we – Aviation Division – undergo an annual audit by the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, continuously striving to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to maintain and enhance safety standards.

SAFETY REPORT
Cooperation with Local Governments
We – Aviation Division – is advancing collaboration with local governments based on “Contributing to regional development and Safety via Skies.” Beyond disaster response collect informations and rescue support of Disaster, we promote public-private partnerships to address regional challenges, including disaster prevention awareness, or tourism promotion.
In December 2023, our company signed Disaster Response Agreement with Ebino-City and Nichinan-City in Miyazaki,
to strengthen our disaster response capabilities. Subsequently, we also signed agreements with Kobayashi-City and Miyakonojyo-City, establishing a system to swiftly conduct activities such as survey flights, material transport support and information gathering during large scale disaster.
