This Cancellation Policy (hereinafter referred to as “This Policy”) applies to all Sightseeing Flights, Charter Operations, Aerial Photography and other Aviation-related services (hereinafter referred to as “The Services”) provided by the Aviation Division of Leisure Create Holdings Co., Ltd.(LCHD) (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”). By reserving the Services from the Company, the customer is deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
Article 1 ( Cancellation by Customer )
If you cancel your reservation due to personal circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply
- 3 days prior to the reservation date through the day before:50% of The Service fees
- On The Service date:100% of The Service fees
For special operations separately designated by our company (Event Flights, use of specially configured Aircraft, special route Applications, etc.), actual expenses such as application fees and preparation fees may be charged in addition to the above.
Article 2 ( Cancellation Due to the Company Circumstances )
The following circumstances may cause us to determine whether flight operations are feasible and result in cancellations or changes.
- Deteriorating Weather Conditions (strong winds, heavy rainfall, poor visibility, lightning, etc.)
- Aircraft malfunction or maintenance issues
- Restrictions or instructions from Air traffic control
- Poor condition or unavailability of takeoff/landing
- Other circumstances deemed necessary for safe operation by our company
If the Service operations are canceled due to these reasons above,
no cancellation fees will apply and any fees already received will be fully refunded.
Article 3 ( Changes / Delay )
It may cause changes to departure times or flight durations due to the weather conditions, Air Traffic, Aircraft Status or other reasons beyond our control.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by passengers due to delays or changes (including transportation costs, lodging expenses, or damages resulting from schedule changes).
Article 4 ( Cancellation of parts / Limited route for flight )
Even if flight continuation becomes difficult during operation due to weather or other reasons, resulting in changes, shortening, or cancellation of the scheduled route, no refunds will be issued for charges incurred after takeoff.
Article 5 ( Cancellation without Notice )
If a customer fails to arrive by the scheduled meeting time without prior notice, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (100% charge).
Article 6 ( Changes Reservation Details )
If you wish to make changes such as schedule date or passenger number adjustments, please contact us promptly.
The feasibility of changes will be determined by The Company based on seat availability, Aircraft operational status, and restrictions imposed by relevant laws and regulations.
Article 7 (Special Provisions)
For Charter flights, aerial photography flights, operations under municipal agreements, and other specialized services,
separate cancellation terms may apply in addition to this policy.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers or third parties due to flight cancellations, delays or changes except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. (Disclaimer based on Aviation Industry Standards)
