Organization – Command and Coordination

Aviation Safety is the most essential stance of an organization’s.
Our Company – the chairman of the Board – makes the final decisions on Safety Control and investments and we have established the Safety Promotion Office as an independent organization directly under the management of company.

The Voices from the field reach management, and management decisions are fed back to the field. We don’t just proclaim “Safety”, but we establish a Safety System that functions as an integral part of our structure.

Our Company has implemented a non-punitive reporting system,
creating an environment where mistakes and near misses can be reported immediately.

Operation System – Flight Operations Management System

Our Company has introduced quantitative analysis system using a risk assessment matrix, and digitized all risks based on “Probability of Occurrence × Severity of Impact.”

Furthermore, we have standardized the internal aud it process from “Improvement Request” to “Improvement Report” to “Re-evaluation.” Items pointed out during audits are always followed up on, continuously running a PDCA cycle that does not end with the audit.
